These Terms of Service govern your use of innerwork.systems and any products or services offered by Innerwork Systems ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to these terms.

Innerwork Systems offers the following digital products and services:

• Subsurface — a digital journaling application ($7.99, one-time purchase)
• The Portrait — a bespoke Human Design and astrological guide delivered as a private interactive dashboard ($65–$125)
• Decoded — a dual-person Human Design and astrological guide for two people ($200–$250)

// Purchases and Payment

All purchases are processed through Gumroad, our payment processor. By completing a purchase, you agree to Gumroad's terms of service. Prices are displayed in US dollars and may be subject to local taxes depending on your location.

// Delivery

• Subsurface — instant access upon purchase via Gumroad
• The Portrait — delivered within 72 hours of intake form submission. The 72-hour period begins after we receive your completed intake form, not at the time of purchase.
• Decoded — delivered within 72 hours of dual intake form submission. Both intake forms must be completed before the build period begins.

// Refund Policy

Subsurface: 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@innerwork.systems.

The Portrait and Decoded: No refunds. These are bespoke, hand-crafted commissions that require significant time and expertise to produce. Due to the custom nature of these products, all sales are final once the intake form has been submitted and work has begun. If you experience a technical issue with your delivered dashboard, contact us and we will resolve it.

// Intellectual Property

All content on innerwork.systems — including text, design, code, graphics, and the structure of delivered guides — is the intellectual property of Innerwork Systems. Your purchased guide is licensed for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or share your private guide link without written permission.

// Use of AI

Our Portrait and Decoded guides include an AI guide feature powered by Anthropic's Claude. This AI is trained on context specific to your chart and is designed to provide insights based on Human Design and astrological frameworks. The AI is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Information provided by the AI guide is for self-knowledge and educational purposes only and should not be used as a substitute for professional advice.

// Disclaimer

Innerwork Systems offers self-knowledge tools based on Human Design and astrological frameworks. These are interpretive systems designed for personal insight and are not scientifically validated. Results are not guaranteed. Our services are not a substitute for mental health treatment, medical advice, or professional counseling.

// Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Innerwork Systems shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
